Stephanie Mooney is a Patient Experience Advisor in the Department of Quality and Performance at St. Michael’s Hospital. She holds a BSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph as well as an MBA from the A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University (New Orleans, LA). Stephanie has over 15 years of experience working in both the US and Canadian health care systems and has led numerous organization-wide initiatives focused on improving patient experience and outcomes. As the primary point of contact for Patient and Family Advisors at St. Michael’s, Stephanie is responsible for building and nurturing collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders and ensuring that health care decisions strongly reflect the patient, family and caregiver voice.
